Triple Town – Game Review
Puzzles games provide us with a lot of fun, and it’s easy to see why many of us are playing them to see our own limits when it comes to solving puzzles. Triple Town is basically a city builder where you need to solve mini puzzles as fast as possible in order to win.
It’s important to know that the better you create a plan, the longer the round can be. You do need to learn what each type of items create when combined because this is the core of the game and that’s basically how you can advance through these levels.
The game starts off really easy, and you need only a few items to complete the level, but as you progress you will be required to combine bushes, trees and houses into mansions which require a lot of effort, planning and commitment. There are some small places where you can put your own items you do not want and, in case you do need some items, you can purchase them with the in-game money you will receive as you play. You can also use your real money to buy coins which can be used to enhance your gameplay even more. It’s up to you to select the way you play, and the more you play, the better you will understand the strategies and how the game works.
It’s funny that all the players receive is a 6×6 table as well as a high score board, other than that everything else is left at the imagination of the player. Despite the package being a little light, the gameplay is there and everything is put up nicely in order to eat up a lot of gaming hours! Unfortunately, Triple Town doesn’t have any multiplayer which is a shame. It would be hard to figure out how multiplayer would work, but it’s still quite fun to engage with others. This option isn’t here though.
Graphically the game is quite basic, but you should actually expect this considering that Triple Town is basically a simply puzzle game. Despite that, the animations are really nice, and the backgrounds are pretty funny. Not to mention that the character design is quite good as well, with some cartoony graphics that really suit the game.
Triple Town can eat up a lot of time if you have it, but remember that the game is best played in short bursts. Even so, in order to get the highest scores you will, most of the time, have to dedicate a large amount of time.
Despite the fact that it’s pretty basic, Triple Town is certainly a lot of fun and gamers will certainly enjoy its appealing gameplay. From great puzzles to great strategy options, there is a lot to be had here, and you will certainly enjoy the game at its full extent for sure. Go ahead and try it, you’ll see how fun it is!
