Zuki Quest – Games Review
Solving puzzles can be fun in a mobile game, but with games such as Zuki Quest you can take this one step further as there’s also some platforming that will make the whole experience an even better one.
At its core, Zuki Quest is a great game with a wonderful story. You play the role of Zuki, which is a small human with high ambitions. Accompanied by Pico, a fun and cute hummingbird, she will try to venture through the mountains in order to solve quests and save the indigenous population of the island.
The game mechanics in Zuki Quest are solid, as you can go in the puzzles and change the way you play based on gravity. In fact, this is the best way to move Zuki through the levels, and a wonderful one to say the least. Puzzles are the heart and soul in this title, and thanks to them the game brings a whole new level of excitement!
Controls in Zuki Quest are very responsive, and thus playing the game is a delight because of that. If you combine the great controls with a stunning, responsive physics engine included in the game, you will see that nothing is as expected and as such you will need to rely on the wonderful physics in order to solve the puzzles.
We were very impressive with the hand drawn art in the game that just makes the whole game world come to life. The art style imbues the title with energy and as such it makes everything well worth it. It’s amazing to see how challenging the ancient places you explore are, mainly because you can change your game strategies according to the location.
The in-game levels are amazing to say the least, and with 72 of them you can easily see that there are tons of things to do here. And as if that wasn’t enough, Zuki Quest does a stellar job in bringing a lot of variety through the levels. It’s both fun and exciting to see how the game worlds are shaped, and going through them is just a delight!
The iPhone version of the game also comes with achievements, which is amazing because this way you get the opportunity to see how good you are and test your power as well as skills with other players!
We found Zuki Quest a game that is easy to learn but hard to master, yet you can rest assured that the title provides you with enough familiarity and content to make it worthwhile.
Is Zuki Quest worth it? If you are looking for a cool platform game with neat mechanics, this is a great choice, but you can also try it if you have some time to spare and want to enter a wonderful world filled with dangers. It’s a good choice for everyone, so give it a shot and see how much fun it can be for you!
